Delete your Tzkia account

In the app

1. Open Tzkia and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Manage account.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete for good.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@tzkia.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and everything synced to it are deleted: your email address, name, area and prayer settings, prayer and fasting log, journal, Quran memorisation progress, giving records, moon sighting reports, mosque requests, circle memberships, circle photo and notification tokens. Circles you created are deleted for everyone in them.

Nothing is kept, except copies in our hosting provider's backups, which are removed within a short period. Anything stored only on your phone stays there until you delete the app.
